In case of refunds / adjustments due to any of the reason paid through financial service providers, the claim will be processed through the Payment Gateway service provider (SSL) which may take 15 – 30 working days. C. DISCOUNTS / ALLOWANCES / COUPONS

(i) Discounts and allowances (Coupon code, Promo code, Gift card code, Adjustment code, App discount, Occasional offers or sign-up offer etc.) are reductions of the basic price of products or services. The value of the discount coupon or gift card will not be refunded on returns or exchanges after using for a successful order from Arabianshelf.com.

(ii) Users having multiple accounts under the same Cell Phone number, or email address cannot avail the discounts or offers more than once, as is the policy.

(iii) Promotional SMS may only contain the main content of the offer but terms and conditions are mentioned on the website. Arabianshelf holds the right to change/revise/modify any Discount offers OR Promotional Allowances without prior notice. Customer is entitled to comply accordingly. Customers cannot avail multiple discount offers in a single order. For example, if a customer uses 2X vouchers then he cannot use reward points or any other discount along with the ordered item.

(iv) GIFT VOUCERS can be used for multiple product purchases under one transaction only within the time frame of its validity and will be not refunded or adjusted after the valid period.

(v) The purchase value of the product should not be less than the value of Gift voucher, in case any item purchased against gift voucher is less than the value of GIFT VOUCHER, the transaction / order will be cancelled, however if the value of the product(s) / transaction is more than the value of Gift Voucher, the balance amount of product(s) / transaction can be paid by CREDIT/DEBIT cards and / or By BKASH, please mention the same on reference if paid by BKASH. COD (Cash on delivery) will not be applicable on purchase via GIFT CARDS.

(vi) The value of GIFT CARD will include PRODUCT PRICE, TAXES, and DELIVERY CHARGES.

(vii) GIFT CARDS are transferable and non – refundable.

D. PRICING, AVAILABILITY, ORDER PROCESSING, PAYMENTS & RETURNS

(i) All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of Taxes only.

(ii) Incase of international purchase the value of the purchase will be calculated as per Banking Rate of Exchange (ROE) USD TO BDT as per the third party finance service provider.

(iii) The transaction fees are charged separately and to be paid by customer if payment is done by DEBIT /CREDIT card and / or by BKASH.

(b)In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such an inquiry will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within a reasonable timeline. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of banking instruments or other reasons without prior notice or any subsequent legal liability.

(c)Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

(d)The delivery charges are to be paid by customer which we have kept on a flat rate of BDT 60.00 inside any location in Dhaka and for Outside Dhaka and Suburbs in Bangladesh BDT 130.00. This delivery charges are for below 1kg shipments. And over 1 kg shipment will be adjusted as additional cost over the final bill according to the courier service tariffs.

(e) We process the delivery by third party Courier & Local service providers. We try to reach as nearest to you and home delivery as possible. As per the delivery regulation the courier service will try to reach you in three attempts, in case of delivery fail from customer’s side after three (3) attempts, and upon claim for refund, we shall refund the amount after deducting the transaction fees (in case of payment by any financial service provider) and two-way delivery charge will be deducted.

(f)The refund will be paid back once we have received the product back in sent condition and will take approx. 10-15 working days

(g)Customers are here by requested to please provide accurate information for delivery that is Receivers Name, Proper Home address (Apartment / House number, Area, Block, City), Postal code, Email (if available), Phone number in order to avoid any delivery discrepancy as mentioned in the order display link.

(h) In case you are not satisfied with the product we will take it back provided you have a proof of valid reason, that is you received product in damaged condition or wrong item delivered. It is advised to please read the product description before ordering and check the item in front of delivery person. Any item will not be replaced or returned if it is not found in its original condition.

(i)Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time.
